How does Ghana feel about the Rohingya Refugee crisis?

In your question, you ask about Ghana's perspective about the Rohingya refugee crisis. Bear in mind, however, that the Rohingya refugee situation primarily affects Bangladesh. Although Ghana has a similar crisis, it concerns Togolese refugees seeking asylum in the country.
In August 2017, more than 600,000 Rohingya Muslims fled into neighboring Bangladesh after violence erupted in the state of Rakhine in Myanmar. Today, many Rohingya refugees are hesitant about returning to Myanmar, as there are no guarantees for their safety. To date, Bangladesh has absorbed almost all of the costs of the refugee crisis. In March 2018, the UN launched an appeal for the Rohingya humanitarian crisis.
The financial need encompasses the more than 900,000 Rohingya Muslims and 300,000 Bangladeshis who have been deeply affected by this crisis. The UN estimates that more than half of the appeal will go toward food, water, and sanitation needs.
Despite the generosity of the Bangladeshi people, they are deeply concerned that the continuing crisis will negatively affect their own welfare.
For example, Bangladeshis worry that they will lose employment opportunities to Rohingyas who are willing to work for lower wages. Public opinion toward the Rohingyas has begun to turn, enough for Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to seek quicker repatriation of the Rohingya refugees back to Myanmar.
Also, extremist groups (both Islamist and Burmese) have targeted the Rohingya refugees. There is concern that potential violence will boil over into the Bangladeshi population. For more on the Bangladeshi perspective of the Rohingya crisis, please refer to the links below.
