Do you agree with Sherrena when she says: "The 'hood is good. There's a lot of money there"?

The "'hood" has certainly been good for Sherrena. She's made an awful lot of money out of renting properties in the run-down black neighborhoods of Milwaukee's North Side. The chronic shortage of affordable housing, especially for those on lower incomes, has made the property market a seller's market. Sherrena takes full advantage of the fact that the people who come to her looking for a place to stay are usually pretty desperate. This places Sherrena in a position of considerable power over her tenants, which she exploits to the full.
Sherrena's tenants can give her a lot of trouble in relation to antisocial behavior, or falling behind on the rent, but so long as there's a shortage of affordable housing all that hassle will still be worth it; she'll continue to rake in an absolute fortune as demand vastly exceeds supply in this broken housing market. Sherrena looks set to make a whole lot more after she puts herself forward as black Milwaukee residents' go-to broker for white landlords and property investors who see there's a lot of money to be made on the North Side, but are reluctant to venture into the ghetto to collect rent or carry out repairs. The 'hood is indeed good for Sherrena, and looks set to get even better.
