What is the real name of Scout's brother?

Short Answer: Jem's full name is Jeremy Atticus Finch.
In chapter 1, Jem and Scout hear a noise coming from Miss Rachel Haverford’s collard patch on the other side of the wire fence separating their yards. When the siblings approach the wire fence, they meet Charles Baker Harris, who eventually tells them to call him by his nickname, Dill. After Jem makes fun of Dill's long full name and short stature, Dill responds by telling Jem,

Aunt Rachel says your name’s Jeremy Atticus Finch (Lee, 7).

Jem and Scout end up becoming close friends with Dill, and the three children spend their summers playing together. In chapter 7, Jem and Scout receive numerous small gifts in the knothole of the Radley tree from an anonymous person. Jem decides to write the anonymous person a thank you letter and signs his full name, Jeremy Atticus Finch. Unfortunately, Nathan Radley fills the knothole in with cement, and the children cannot deliver their thank you letter. Mrs. Dubose also refers to Jem as Jeremy whenever he reads to her during his punishment.

Scout's brother is Jem. His real or given name is said multiple times throughout the book. It is first mentioned in chapter 1 by Scout and Jem's friend Dill. He says his Aunt Rachel told him.
It is mentioned again by Mrs. Dubose when Scout and Jem walk past her house in chapter 11.
Their father, Atticus Finch, also scolds Jem, using his first name, in chapter 8. Miss Maudie's house catches on fire, and Jem tells Scout that if she would have just stopped watching the fire for a moment, they could have seen Boo Radley. They presume Boo gave Scout the blanket Atticus was just wondering about, although they can't be sure. Because Jem's excitement is mainly due to the fact that Boo Radley is seen as an outsider and a recluse, Atticus scolds him, saying, "Do not let this inspire you to further glory, Jeremy."
Jem's real (or given) name is Jeremy Atticus Finch.
