According to Bud, who had a better foster home assignment: Bud or Jerry?

As Bud and Jerry are getting ready to leave the Home for their new foster assignments, they're both feeling pretty down. But Bud's been in this situation before; this is his third such assignment. For Jerry, though, this will be his first experience of going to a foster home. He's absolutely petrified at the prospect and cries his eyes out. Bud tries to reassure Jerry that his assignment will be much better than his because he'll be going to a house with three girls, who'll treat him like their little pet. Bud, on the other hand, will be going to a house where there's a twelve-year-old boy. This doesn't bode well; the boy will probably pick fights with him. Bud's instincts are correct; he'll regularly receive physical abuse at the hands of his new foster mother's son.
