c. Find the domain of $f$

The domain of $f$ is $[-6,6]$

d. Find the range of $f$

The range of $f$ is $[-4,4]$

e. Find the interval where $f$ increasing?

The function is increasing at interval $[-4,4]$

f. State and explain whether the given function is odd, even, or neither even nor odd.

The function is an Odd function because it is symmetric about the origin.
