Applying the formula for Taylor series, we get:
sum_(n=0)^4 (f^n(2))/(n!) (x-2)^n
=f(2)+f'(2)(x-2) +(f^2(2))/(2!)(x-2)^2 +(f^3(2))/(3!)(x-2)^3+(f^4(2))/(4!)(x-2)^4
