Given (0, 100) (50, 0)

Find the slope of the line passing through the given points using the formula
m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)
m=(0-100)/(50-0)=-100/50=-2

Find the inclination of the line.
theta=arctan(-2)=116.6^@=2.0344 radians.

The inclination of the line passing through the given points
is 116.6 degrees or 2.0344 radians.
