The "Standard Form" of an equation is
(some expression) = 0
Given
0.25 y=10is a linear equation
The standard form of the linear equation is
Ax+By +C =0
so,
0.25 y=10
=> (1/4)y =10
=> y=40
=> y-40 =0 is the standard form of the equation
so , A= 0 , B = 1 , C= -40

Ax+By+C=0
